What we collect, and why

We collect only what a specific feature on this site actually needs, and only when you choose to use that feature:

• The Love Compatibility Tool asks for a name (optional), date of birth, time of birth (optional), and a city, for each of two people — needed to calculate an astrology-based compatibility result. This is sent to our astrology engine to compute your result and is not written to any database. It is not included in the URL, and our server's access log records only the page requested, never the form data you submitted.
• The Relationship Clarity Questionnaire asks reflection questions about your relationship, including some that specifically screen for safety concerns. Your answers are used only to generate the result you see on screen and are discarded immediately afterward — nothing is stored, and the page is submitted by POST specifically so your answers never appear in a URL or server log.
• The Zodiac Relationship Guide only takes the two zodiac signs you choose — not personal information.
• A WhatsApp consultation happens entirely on WhatsApp, between you and Navin. This website does not see, receive, or store that conversation. It is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not this one.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited and roughly how many people use each tool — not who you are. We've turned on IP anonymisation, we don't create user profiles or advertising IDs, and the Love Compatibility Tool, Zodiac Guide, and Clarity Questionnaire never send Google Analytics the form data you submit — it only ever sees the page URL (e.g. that someone visited the Compatibility Tool page), never the birth details or answers you entered. You can control this yourself with a browser extension like Google's own Analytics opt-out add-on, or by blocking third-party scripts in your browser.

What we don't do

• We don't ask for passwords, banking details, identity documents, or intimate images, anywhere on this site or over WhatsApp.
• We don't sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers.
• We don't send you marketing messages unless you've asked us to.
• We don't retain birth details, questionnaire answers, or compatibility-tool inputs after your result is generated.
• We don't use any tracking or advertising script besides the analytics described above.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets a small number of first-party cookies to distinguish one visit from another (not to identify you personally). WordPress itself may also set a technical cookie if you ever log in to the site's admin area, which does not apply to ordinary visitors.

Asking us to delete something

Because the tools on this site don't store your inputs in the first place, there is usually nothing to delete. If you've messaged Navin on WhatsApp and want that conversation removed, WhatsApp's own deletion controls (deleting the chat on your device, or asking the other party to delete it) are the relevant tool — this website has no copy of it to delete.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for adults making their own decisions about relationship guidance. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Not yet confirmed

In the interest of not inventing anything, the following are left as placeholders until confirmed: the registered name and address of the entity operating this site, a grievance-officer contact (where applicable under Indian law), and the governing law for any dispute. These will be added once confirmed, not guessed at.

Changes to this policy

If what this site collects or how it's used changes, this page will be updated and the "last updated" date above will change.
