What does the ₹499 fee include?
A private, one-to-one WhatsApp consultation with Navin about your relationship question. The exact scope is confirmed directly with you, over WhatsApp, before the consultation begins — we don't pre-sell a fixed package of deliverables you haven't discussed with him.
How long does a consultation take?
Not yet confirmed. Navin will tell you the expected duration when he confirms your booking. We'll publish a typical figure here once that's settled.
What format is the consultation — text, voice, or video?
It starts as a WhatsApp text conversation. Whether Navin also offers voice or video is not yet confirmed; ask him directly when you message him and he'll tell you what he offers.
What information will I need to provide?
For an astrology-based reading, Navin may ask for date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth. He'll explain why he needs it before you share anything, and you only need to provide it if you're comfortable doing so. We never ask for passwords, banking details, identity documents, or intimate photographs — on this website or over WhatsApp.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. This website doesn't store what you share with Navin over WhatsApp — those conversations happen directly between you and him. The Love Compatibility Tool and the Relationship Clarity Questionnaire on this site don't save your answers either; each page computes a result and discards the input, nothing is written to a database.
What languages does Navin consult in?
Not yet confirmed. We'll list the languages here once Navin has confirmed them.
How do I pay?
Payment is arranged directly with Navin over WhatsApp after you've described your concern and he's confirmed your booking. We don't collect card, UPI, or banking details through this website.
How quickly will Navin respond?
Not yet confirmed. We'll publish his typical WhatsApp response time here once it's set.
What can I actually expect from the results?
Astrology is interpretive, not a guaranteed prediction. Navin's guidance can offer perspective on a relationship question, but it can't guarantee a specific outcome — reconciliation, marriage, or someone else's feelings or actions. Love Astrologers is not a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency assistance.
Can I cancel a booked consultation?
Our cancellation policy is still being finalised with Navin and will be published here before it's treated as final. If you've already booked and need to cancel, say so on WhatsApp and he'll work it out with you directly in the meantime.
What if I'm not satisfied — are refunds available?
